If you are travelling to Italy you can chose from 4 operators for roaming. European Customers can use their own SIM-cards in Italy for free roaming since “roam like home” was introduced starting June 15 2017. While calls and texts are really free, data usage is based on your monthly bill. Read our FAQs and calculate your EU data allowance.

If you want to use more data in Italy (or you are a traveller from outside the EU), we suggest to use a local SIM-card from one of the operators below. You can put it either in your smartphone (best if it has dual-SIM) in a second smartphone you own, or in a mobile wifi hotspot (mifi).
